1. Acceptance

By accessing or using futfilters.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

FUT FILTERS provides EA Sports FC Ultimate Team market data, filter criteria, and price alerts to help players find underpriced cards ("sniping"). It is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Electronic Arts, EA Sports FC, fut.gg, or futbin in any way. EA SPORTS FC and Ultimate Team are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc.

3. Accounts and access

Access to paid features requires an active Patreon pledge (managed and billed entirely by Patreon under its own terms) or a redeemed access code. You're responsible for keeping your login and any access code confidential, and for all activity under your account.

4. No trading or financial guarantee

Market data and filter results are informational only and reflect a snapshot of third-party listing data that can change at any time. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price shown, and we are not responsible for any in-game trading outcome, loss of coins, or missed opportunity resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service in any way that violates EA's own Terms of Service or User Agreement for EA Sports FC — you remain solely responsible for complying with EA's rules for your own account.
• Don't attempt to scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data or access in bulk without permission.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.

6. Third-party services

The Service displays data sourced from third parties (such as fut.gg) and integrates with third-party platforms (Patreon for billing, Telegram/Discord for optional notifications). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account found to be abusing it, sharing paid access outside its intended use, or violating these terms. You can stop using the Service, or cancel your Patreon pledge, at any time.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUT FILTERS and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
