1. Who we are

FUT FILTERS (futfilters.com) is a price-tracking and "sniping" tool for EA Sports FC Ultimate Team, operated independently and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Electronic Arts (EA), fut.gg, or futbin. 2. What we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Patreon, we receive your Patreon name, email address, and membership/pledge status from Patreon's own OAuth login — we never see or store your Patreon password.
• Access-code accounts. If you use a code-based account instead of Patreon, we store only the code and an optional label you choose.
• Usage data. Basic page-view and request logs (page, timestamp, browser user agent) used to keep the site running, catch bugs, and understand which features are actually used.
• Support messages. Anything you send us through the in-site support form, including any screenshot you optionally attach.
• Game data. Filter criteria, watchlists, and preferences you configure are stored so the site can show you the right cards. This is EA FC Ultimate Team market data (card names, prices, ratings) — not personal data about you.

3. What we don't collect

We never ask for or store your EA/Origin account credentials, payment card numbers, or any in-game credentials. Billing for paid membership is handled entirely by Patreon under its own privacy policy — we only receive your pledge tier and status, not your payment details.

4. How we use it

• To run the service: authenticate you, show your personalized filters/watchlist, and gate paid features to active members.
• To communicate with you: respond to support requests, and send service-related notifications you've opted into (e.g. Telegram/Discord alerts, if you've connected them).
• To improve the site: aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the site itself (hosting, Patreon for auth/billing).

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the site to function and is not used for cross-site tracking or advertising.

6. Data retention

Account and filter data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email above.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing backup00system@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
