Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

FUT FILTERS (futfilters.com) is a price-tracking and "sniping" tool for EA Sports FC Ultimate Team, operated independently and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Electronic Arts (EA), fut.gg, or futbin. 2. What we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Patreon, we receive your Patreon name, email address, and membership/pledge status from Patreon's own OAuth login — we never see or store your Patreon password.
• Access-code accounts. If you use a code-based account instead of Patreon, we store only the code and an optional label you choose.
• Usage data. Basic page-view and request logs (page, timestamp, browser user agent) used to keep the site running, catch bugs, and understand which features are actually used.
• Support messages. Anything you send us through the in-site support form, including any screenshot you optionally attach.
• Game data. Filter criteria, watchlists, and preferences you configure are stored so the site can show you the right cards. This is EA FC Ultimate Team market data (card names, prices, ratings) — not personal data about you.

3. What we don't collect

We never ask for or store your EA/Origin account credentials, payment card numbers, or any in-game credentials. Billing for paid membership is handled entirely by Patreon under its own privacy policy — we only receive your pledge tier and status, not your payment details.

4. How we use it

• To run the service: authenticate you, show your personalized filters/watchlist, and gate paid features to active members.
• To communicate with you: respond to support requests, and send service-related notifications you've opted into (e.g. Telegram/Discord alerts, if you've connected them).
• To improve the site: aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the site itself (hosting, Patreon for auth/billing).

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the site to function and is not used for cross-site tracking or advertising.

6. Data retention

Account and filter data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email above.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing backup00system@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. FF Webapp Extra browser extension

FF Webapp Extra is a free Chrome extension (also distributed as a userscript) from FUT FILTERS that adds tools to the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team Web App: FutFilters prices on player cards, extra card information, relist and club helpers, Transfer List totals and SBC helpers. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts. It only runs on www.ea.com/ea-sports-fc/ultimate-team/web-app/. This section covers what it does with data:

• Stored on your device only. Your settings (language, which features are on, label text size, relist percentage and duration) are saved in your browser with Chrome's extension storage. They are never sent to us.
• Sent to futfilters.com. To show prices, the extension sends the numeric EA item IDs of the players on your screen (for example the cards in your club list or Transfer List) to https://futfilters.com/api/card-prices and receives the price data back. We keep an aggregate counter of how often each card ID is requested (to decide which prices to refresh first); it is not linked to you or to any account. Like any web request, it is also seen in standard server logs (IP address, time, browser user agent) by our hosting and CDN providers, as described in section 2. For the pack value it also downloads our table of Chemistry Style prices from https://futfilters.com/api/consumable-prices; that request carries no IDs and no personal data. The SBC squad fill likewise downloads the newest FUTNext solutions from https://futfilters.com/api/sbc-solutions (a public list, no IDs, no personal data).
• Not collected. The extension never reads or sends your EA login, tokens or cookies, and never sends your account or club name, your coin balance, the contents of your club or Transfer List (beyond the item IDs above), your browsing history, or any other personal information. Everything else it does (relisting, sending players to the club, SBC filling) runs in your browser and talks only to EA's own web app.
• No remote code, no third parties. All of the extension's code ships inside the package; it does not download or run code from elsewhere, and it does not share data with advertisers or analytics services.

FutFilters AutoBuyer + Webapp Extra is the same extension bundled with FutFilters Autofill, which fills the Transfer Market search from the filters in your futfilters.com account and can run searches and press Buy Now for you when you switch those options on. In addition to the above:

• Your API code (shown in your futfilters.com account menu) is stored in your browser and sent to https://futfilters.com/api/personal/filters and /api/personal/pin, together with a random device id the extension creates, its version number and your platform, so that we can return the filters of that account and enforce the device limit of your plan. Nothing from your EA account is sent.
• Autobuyer log. When the Buy Now helper is used, the extension records each purchase it sees (“bought”) and each Buy Now it made that did not result in a purchase (“missed”): the player's name and rating, the price, the label of the filter that was active, the time, and per-session counts of searches, purchases and misses. These are sent, together with your API code, device id, extension version and platform, to https://futfilters.com/api/personal/autobuyer-log and shown only to you on https://futfilters.com/logs, with an estimated profit. They are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. They contain no EA login, EA password or coin balance. Each event carries an account name so you can tell your accounts apart when you run several: by default the club name shown in the Web App, which you can replace with a nickname or clear in the extension's Settings (“Account name”); if it cannot be read, a short code of the browser is used. A warning (for example “Transfer List full”) is logged the same way.
• The search form it fills and the buttons it presses are the Web App's own, in your browser. Automating the market is against EA's terms and is your decision and risk; every automatic action is a switch in the menu.

You can remove the extension at any time from chrome://extensions, which also deletes its stored settings. Questions: backup00system@gmail.com.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
